Substitutions and Variations

  • For the nuts I like to choose one of these- pecans, pistacios, cahsews, almonds

  • You can get super creative with the fruit for this, I have had great sucess with apples, rasins, dired figs, dried apricots, and dates

Storage and Reheating

  • Stores well in an airtight container for up to 5 days. Do not freeze.

Serving Ideas

  • Enjoy it piled onto greens, tucked into a sandwich, wrapped in lettuce, or served alongside fresh fruit or crackers for an easy, protein-packed meal.
